Cost is $85 per person ++ 

Buffet includes:  1 Entrée, Coffee and Juice, Eggs Benedict Florentine: Poached Eggs, Homemade Muffin, Classic Hollandaise. Steak and Eggs: Hangar Steak, Gruyere Soft Scrambled Eggs, Lyonnaise potato, Sauce Aux Poivre. Avocado Croque: Grilled Brioche, Gruyere, Basil Pesto, Chili Crunch. Basil Pesto Pasta: Bucatini, Parmesan Reggiano. Ora King Salmon Provencal: Heirloom Tomato, Braised Shallot, Basil, Olives, Grilled Bread. Lemon and Oregano Chicken: Spring Baby Vegetables, Natural Jus.
